CCBHC Alerts Coordinator Geneva, NY (Onsite) Full-Time $18.50 - $20.00/Hour Apply Now (https://flacra.jobs.net/apply/jr066h72s9n9nyk67hw?ipath=CR¬ify=true&siteid=cbnsv) Job Details Job Title:Alerts Coordinator Location:Finger Lakes Region Employment Type:Full-Time Job Summary: TheAlerts Coordinatoris responsible for managing, tracking, and disseminating critical client care information obtained through data platforms such as SPARS, RHIO, PSYCKES, e-Intervention, and UniteUs. This role supports high-quality client care and ensures compliance with program and agency standards. The Alerts Coordinator will monitor data integrity, coordinate alerts to relevant departments, and provide timely reporting to support strategic business goals and quality improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications: + Associate Degree in Health or Human Services. + Valid NYS Driver’s License. Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree in Health or Human Services + Experience and/or training in behavioral health data platforms and reporting tools preferred. + At least one year of experience in Behavioral Health or Client Care preferred. + Pursuit of Qualified Health Professional (QHP) status is encouraged. + Job Requirements: Key Responsibilities: + Data Management and Reporting + Upload, obtain, and enter NOMS surveys into the SPARS system, ensuring time-sensitive data is tracked and submitted on schedule. + Maintain and audit tracking spreadsheets to ensure compliance with NOMS survey requirements (baseline, quarterly health indicators, and reassessment interviews). + Regularly monitor data quality and completeness, identifying and reporting discrepancies or quality issues to supervisors. + Generate reports to monitor reassessment rates and health indicators. + Alerts Coordination + Manage incoming RHIO alerts, route them to appropriate departments, and track outcomes to ensure timely follow-up and quality care. + Upload and attest RHIO and PSYCKES consent information for clients admitted to residential and outpatient programs. + Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure the efficient flow of information from platforms. + Training and Support + Train new staff members on how to use RHIO, PSYCKES, SPARS, and other relevant data platforms. + Provide ongoing support for staff regarding system utilization and reporting processes. + Program Support and Compliance + Maintain program-specific spreadsheets and other tools as assigned. + Assist with audits and ensure compliance with programmatic and agency data reporting requirements. + Demonstrate flexibility by supporting the agency’s strategic goals and adapting to changing priorities. + Teamwork and Collaboration + Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and external partners to support care coordination goals. + Maintain positive relationships with community groups, referral sources, and service agencies. + Actively participate in staff meetings, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives. + Other Duties + Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support agency operations. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: + Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data platforms (SPARS, RHIO, PSYCKES); ability to type at least 55 WPM with transcription experience. + Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate situations and respond effectively in crisis scenarios. + Organizational Skills:Strong ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. + Collaboration:Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with culturally diverse individuals, staff, and community service providers. + Flexibility:Comfort with providing in-community and crisis services when necessary.
