THE POSITION
As the Chief\nCommercial Officer for Southeast Asia at Honeywell, you'll be at the helm\nof a multifaceted role combining the responsibilities of a Chief Strategy\nOfficer, Business Development, and Business Operations. This dynamic\nleadership position demands a strong external persona and a deep customer focus\nto strategize, execute, and drive growth, expansion, and innovation within the Southeast Asia markets\nacross 8 countries. From formulating strategic directions to\nensuring commercial excellence and fostering innovation, you'll play a pivotal\nrole in steering Honeywell's growth trajectory in Southeast Asia.
Primary\nResponsibilities:
Strategic\nLeadership:
Define and\n evolve the strategic direction for Honeywell in Southeast Asia, both individually and collectively with\n business leaders.
Collaborate closely\n with key stakeholders to align strategic initiatives, prioritize growth\n areas, and spearhead expansion into new markets.
Stay abreast\n of disruptive technologies and emerging trends, integrating innovation\n seamlessly into strategic plans.
Commercial\nExcellence:
Support\n driving excellence in strategic account management and growth,\n fostering a One-Honeywell approach across business teams.
Oversee all\n commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and pricing strategies,\n with a focus on achieving revenue and profit targets.
Cultivate\n and nurture high-performing sales and business development teams\n through recruitment, training, and continuous development efforts.
Run the MOS and CCO process for the region
Lead channel excellence/ management
Define and\n monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate sales\n performance, demand generation, and marketing ROI effectively.
Interaction\n and coordination with all businesses across Southeast\n Asia
Offering\nExcellence & Innovation:
Lead the\n development and deployment of compelling value propositions, offering\n roadmaps, and connected solutions tailored to key customers and markets.
Collaborate\n closely with Chief Technology Officers to ensure successful new product\n introductions and optimize product lifecycle management.
Demand\nGeneration & Marketing:
Drive\n strategic demand generation initiatives, develop robust ROI\n models for marketing investments, and facilitate sustained pipeline\n growth.
Oversee\n digital customer marketing efforts and implement effective\n go-to-market plans to maximize market penetration.
Minimum\nQualifications:
Bachelor’s\n degree in engineering or business.
15+ years of\n experience in a combination of Sales, Key Account Management, and Business\n Development.Preferred\nQualifications:
Excellent\n communication skills with the ability to influence at varying levels\n across the organization.
Strong\n background in B2B environments, including software, technology,\n energy/sustainability, manufacturing, or telecommunications industries.\n Candidate should have experience in working across most of the Southeast Asia countries
Proven track\n record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and successful product\n introductions.
Prior\n experience in consulting, corporate strategy, and\n in-house corporate development roles.
