**CCS Administrator** **Job Details** **Job Location** WHCG - Milwaukee, WI **Position Type** Full Time **Education Level** 4 Year Degree **Travel Percentage** Minimal; Less than 10% **Job Category** Nonprofit - Social Services **Description** **Essential Job Functions:** + Provide administrative supervision of staff in the CCS program. This includes team meetings and team supervision of clinical coordinators with the Director of Case Management. + Ensure adequate program staffing and assist with recruitment, training, and retention efforts. + Ensure that the CCS program complies with all regulations and expectations of the funder. + Supervise staff according to commonly accepted supervisory practices. This involves ensuring that staff fulfil their duties at a satisfactory level of performance in all aspects of staff function, from appropriate communication with clients and other staff to timely and complete written documentation. + Monitor compliance with DHS HFS 36 overall and ensure all program staff understand regulations. + Monitor client intake to the program, both in compliance with requirements and with regard to budget goals. + Monitor and ensure the CCS program meets all relevant local, state, and federal standards, including HFS 36 and Title 19 regulations. + Maintain a system of medical records management. + Complete all annual or periodic program reports on time for county, state, federal, or internal agency needs. + Assess staff training needs and address such needs within budget constraints. + Responsible for accurate documentation and maintaining case files as required by agency policy, government regulations, and applicable local, state, and federal codes. + Attends and participates in staff meetings, in-service training seminars, and conferences as required. + Responsible for adhering to agency policies and procedures while carrying out daily responsibilities. **Qualifications** **Required Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensure and Credentials:** **Minimum Required Education:** A Bachelor's Degree and a State of Wisconsin Certified Social Worker (CSW) license approved by Milwaukee County impaneling. A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services Field is preferred. **Minimum Required Experience:** Minimum of 3,000 hours of experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness. **Required License – Certification – Registration:** Motor vehicle record acceptable to program and/ or contractual requirements. A valid Wisconsin driver's license and automobile insurance with minimum limits of $50,000/$100,000 bodily injury and $10,000 property damage”. **Knowledge – Skills – Abilities:** + Self-Management: Effectively manages one’s time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals. + Creative & Innovative Thinking: Develop fresh ideas that solve all types of workplace challenges. + Facilitating Groups: Enables cooperative and productive group interactions. + Managing Projects or Programs: Structures and directs others’ work on projects or programs. + Leadership: Promotes organizational mission and goals and shows how to achieve them. + Planning & Organizing: Coordinates ideas and resources to achieve goals. + Professional workplace appearance and conduct; friendliness and courtesy to clients, coworkers, and vendors. + Effectively communicates and develops good working relationships with co-workers. + Must possess good communication, listening, writing, and organizational skills. + Reliability in reporting to work regularly and on time. + Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel. + Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone, by computer and in person. + This position must effectively communicate complex ideas and instructions in writing and verbally. + Adheres to all workplace and safety laws, regulations, standards, and practices. **Physical Requirements, Visual Acuity, and Work Conditions:** **Physical Requirements** : Occasionally, must be able to push/pull/lift/move objects weighing at least 20 pounds. **Visual Acuity:** The worker must have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal. **Working Conditions:** This position frequently works in a fast-paced office environment and must use office equipment, including a personal computer, fax machine, and office copier. It may also work in a variety of indoor and outdoor work environments, which may include various outdoor weather conditions, loud noises, fluctuating temperatures, and the occasional use of stairs. 1. Work hours will generally be during regular business hours and average at least 40 hours a week. 2. Access to a personal vehicle and the ability to transport clients in the community on rare occasions.
