Your role and responsibilitiesAs a Product Specialist for Drives, motor and generator Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and enhancement of our drives, motor and generator service offerings. This role involves working closely with Product & Service sales team ,Field service team, global portfolio teams to ensure that our services meet customer needs and align with market trends. You will play a key role in defining product strategies, managing the product lifecycle, and driving the growth of our service portfolio.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Motion Business for services Division in Bangalore- Peenya, IndiaKey requirements:Basic Knowledge in Drives , Motors & Generators working principle Knowledge in Service portfolio offering like Parts /internal components identification Maintenance offerings (reactive / proactive / predictive offerings)Service level Agreements Industrial digital solutions specific to Drives ,Motors & generatorsYou will be mainly responsible for:Product Strategy and Development:•\tDevelop and implement product strategies for drives, motor and generator servicesProduct Lifecycle Management:•\tOversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyondSales and Marketing Support:•\tCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategiesPerformance Monitoring and Reporting:•\tTrack and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of product initiativesCustomer and Market Engagement:•\tEngage with customers to understand their requirements and gather feedback on existing services.
Qualifications for the role\tEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field\tExperience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on drives, motor and generator services or similar industries.\tTechnical Knowledge: Strong understanding of drives, motor and generator technologies, ser-vice operations, and industry standards.\tSkills:o\tExcellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of successful product launches, analytical and problem-solvingo\tProficiency in product management software and tools.Certifications: Relevant certifications in product management or project management are a plus.
