Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** This unique opportunity allows you to work on pioneering projects tackling climate change, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with a global team of experts, and build a platform to develop technical skills that will distinguish you in your career. **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Operate small and pilot-scale plants for carbon capture processes. + Support the maintenance and upgrades of carbon capture plants. + Develop and apply analytical methods to evaluate process tests. + Design test plans and analyzing experimental data. + Present findings through reports and internal meetings. + Contribute to the identification and development of new technical solutions in the field of CCUS through literature research, experimental measurements and data structuring. **To succeed in this role, you will need:** + Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s and/or PhD degree in Chemical / Process Engineering - or related field. + Laboratory experience in the field of chemical or process engineering, and respective analytical methods. + Good understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and mass transport in separation technologies. + Hands-on mentality for support in plant construction and installation; team player, and eager to learn. + Proficient in MS Office 365. + Fluency in English - other languages welcome. **What we offer you:** + 25 days holiday (exclusive of bank holidays) + Defined contribution pension scheme + Employee Assistance Program/health care + On-site car parking/public transport allowance + Access to a wide range of discounts This internship opportunity is intended to run from the 1st of March, 2025, for a duration of 6 months.
