CE Business Engagement Lead

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Responsible for helping to define and implement the right IT strategy at the markets under his/her responsibilities.

Responsible for managing the relationship with entities’ key stakeholders and gaining legitimacy through their ability to transform a business plan into a clear IT solutions Roadmap.

Key contributor to the overall Solutions Roadmap and Strategy for their area of responsibility.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create a favorable relationship with the local CODI members and senior managers;Understand Business Priorities and identify what IT solutions could accelerate results;Share, recommend and promote existing / new solutions that could represent a good opportunity for the business;Manage and steer of Affiliate Tech roadmap: Own and communicate market Tech roadmap to key stakeholders (affiliates’ leaders), ensuring monthly reports to affiliates and Management Entity Proximity Directors. Share communication to appropriate scope during major incidentsDrive business engagement at Affiliate level: Act as the affiliate's single point of contact for all tech-related matters and participate monthly in the market/brand Codi on the tech agenda, to present the evolution of the tech roadmap and lead arbitrage. Promote and align affiliate leaders on tech strategy and roadmapSecure deployment and adoption of global products at Affiliate level: Oversee and support roll-out and change management activities performed by Proximity teams to ensure local adoption and value realization of global products.Analyze project and refuse projects/requirements that do not bring value and communicate to the business accordingly;Secure market relevancy of Tech strategy and roadmap: Understand business priorities and monitor pain points within their affiliate, coordinating with Proximity Leads to identify affiliate needs by domain, and interacting closely with their business counterparts at affiliate level. Translate business priorities and pain points into ideas for product backlog, articulating them with global product teamsApply the Demand Management process at the markets under his responsibilities, working with Proximity Domain team to have Demand correctly qualifiedInvolve different IT areas to evaluate and build high level proposals for large requirements;Coordinate the building of the initial project documentation;Participate in the retrospective project analysis when required to evaluate IT project objectives;Collect, analyze and manage the minor demands direct with the Delivery teams;Perform alignment meeting in monthly or bi-monthly basis with the heads of the business areas of the markets under his/her responsibility;Apply the Portfolio Management process in place at the markets under his/her responsibilities;Lead portfolio review discussions;Organize committees with the identified key stakeholders to prioritize the portfolio;Organize and lead initial Capex discussions and its periodic revisions. Manage the Opex/Capex of Proximity under his/her perimeter;Create a communication framework (reports, dashboards, etc.) to be used with stakeholders;Discuss and apply governance rules where required;

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

At least 7 years of experience in a similar position;Higher education, preferred majors related to process management and computer sciences;Fluent in English & Polish (both written and spoken);You’re a natural bridge-builder who can easily develop high-trust relationships with a broad spectrum of community members;Outstanding interpersonal skills so you are seen as credible, knowledgeable and a positive representative of the IT management team;Proven track of records in leading projects and good understanding of various project management techniques;Experience of leading change and good understanding of change management tools and techniques;Excellent verbal and written business communication skills - ability to prepare management presentations, give a speech to senior management, lead workshops etc.;Knowledge of a variety of tech tools, CRMs and automations;Experience in building and planning IT strategy;
