9. Be aware of guest arrivals and departures to inform Celebrations Manager to Welcome them or finalize details of their Celebration.
10. To coordinate with the departments involved the scheduling of reservation requests and special events, such as romantic dinners.
11. Investigate preferences of guests to identify opportunities for the hotel to be able to anticipate and surprise them during your stay.
1. To coordinate with Guest Relations to have a representative or attend to the daily arrivals meeting.
12. To supervise the setting and preparation for every private celebrations (romantic dinner, bonfire, lunch, special moments, etc.) to make sure the setting is according standard, is refined and will provide the guests a full satisfaction
13. To be in contact communication with the suppliers or vendors to perform a great setting process, scheduling a deliver an unforgettable experience-
14. To give the information and resources needed to empower staff and/or waiter involved on the events to accomplish a high level of service and a personal connection with the guests.
