What you'll do…
Ensure safe environment during life-cycle to manufacturing process procurement from design, build, installation, commissioning, launch and beyond through proven engineering methods. Engage in cross-functional teams comprised of manufacturing engineering, product design, facilities, etc. to represent Formation, Aging and Test to support feasible solutions.Develop appropriate documentation to support the protection of intellectual property.Develop and maintain a standard manufacturing Bill-of-Process to enable the replication of state-of-the-art battery cell manufacturing processes on future global manufacturing programs.Program and modify machine PLC logic (e.g., Siemens) .Maintain proprietary process management system that manages process recipe and route combinations.Work with building trades to help with engineering solutions to keep manufacturing equipment cycling.
