Leader - Power Nozzle Repair
Job Description SummaryThe Power Nozzle Repair Cell Leader will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives specifically related to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy. You will lead daily operations of the Combustion and Repair Power Nozzle Repair Cell.

Roles and Responsibilities

Drive a culture in which Safety is #1 and lead by exampleProvide leadership and direction within the COE to achieve asset utilization, cost attainment, quality, delivery, budget, and manpower goals through strong daily managementDrive a strategy for continuous improvement of assigned products/processesDrive the Lean vision as a change agent and implement a Lean strategy to reduce inventory, lead time, and waste.Support early integration of Lean principles in product design & process development for New Product Introductions.Ensure clear & constant communication of key business / customer issues to employeesDrive a collaborative, cross-functional partnership with the internal customer cells and supporting organizations to include Materials, Industrialization, and EngineeringWork closely with manufacturing services to understand top drivers of consumable cost & develop a strategy with the team to drive improvementPartner with supporting organizations to drive product cost competitivenessSelect, hire, train, develop, and provide ongoing leadership and direction of assigned personnelInterface with other organizations and vendors to assure requirements are met on timeProvide ongoing support in scheduling resources, technical leadership and facilitating the flow of hardware to meet internal/external customer requirementsAchieve highest levels of internal and external customer serviceSupport COE in the strategic planning of manpower, equipment, and other resourcesOther duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of equivalent experience)Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in operations leadership.

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $103,100.00 - 171,800.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, geographic location, and skill set.  
This position is also eligible for a 15% annual performance bonus. This position will stay open on the career website until at least 10/10/2024.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%,120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
