**Cell Operator** **Job Description** This position is for a Cell Operator responsible for the system upkeep and operations of automated adapters used to interface with the conveyor system structure. The role involves ensuring system readiness to achieve performance targets and utilizing Human/Machine Interface (HMI) terminals to effectively operate equipment. **Responsibilities** + Ensure compliance with OSHA and customer processes and procedures daily. + Perform pre-production checks on automated adapters ensuring equipment is in ‘ready to run’ state. + Process and monitor the flow of the automated storage and retrieval system through adapters, including manual inbound, automatic inbound, and automatic outbound, to achieve maximum throughput. + Prepare pallets for induction into the storage and retrieval system. + Assess cause of system stoppage and return to service using HMI and manual intervention. + Assist other team members in system troubleshooting. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of manufacturing experience, either in a Machine Operator role or Entry Level Maintenance + Technical skills including the ability to use touchscreens, computers, and mobile cell phones + Problem-solving skills to identify and communicate problems with ideas for solving + Consistent work history with good attendance **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school graduate or trade school preferred + Experience in machine operating, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, manufacturing, and repair + Knowledge in automation, production, mechanical, and robotics **Why Work Here?** The company is experiencing growth and their products and systems are ahead of the competition, driving high demand.
