Cell Operator

Job Description

This position is for a Cell Operator responsible for the system upkeep and operations of automated adapters used to interface with the conveyor system structure. The role involves ensuring system readiness to achieve performance targets and utilizing Human/Machine Interface (HMI) terminals to effectively operate equipment.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with OSHA and customer processes and procedures daily.Perform pre-production checks on automated adapters ensuring equipment is in ‘ready to run’ state.Process and monitor the flow of the automated storage and retrieval system through adapters, including manual inbound, automatic inbound, and automatic outbound, to achieve maximum throughput.Prepare pallets for induction into the storage and retrieval system.Assess cause of system stoppage and return to service using HMI and manual intervention.Assist other team members in system troubleshooting.Essential Skills1+ years of manufacturing experience, either in a Machine Operator role or Entry Level MaintenanceTechnical skills including the ability to use touchscreens, computers, and mobile cell phonesProblem-solving skills to identify and communicate problems with ideas for solvingConsistent work history with good attendanceAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh school graduate or trade school preferredExperience in machine operating, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, manufacturing, and repairKnowledge in automation, production, mechanical, and roboticsWhy Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
