Cellar Operator
The Cellar Operator is responsible for production of product blends and cleaning & maintenance of cellar and all associated equipment and supplies. Duties include, overseeing the production of products from beginning to end, and maintaining a safe work environment. The Cellar team members work closely with Quality, Production, and Cider Maker to ensure products remain of the highest quality and consistency. **Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)** + Build fermentation blends and product blends by interpreting recipe sheets and adding appropriate materials. + Deliver analytical samples to Quality Control for analysis. + Comply with all Cellar standard operating procedures. + Disassembly and reassembly of Cellar equipment for purposes of cleaning and sanitizing using both COP and CIP procedures. + Perform environmental cleaning in fermentation and blend tank areas. + Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment as it pertains to Cellar operations. + Perform general repairs of equipment as directed by the Cellar Supervisor. + Comply with all safety requirements.
