3:15 is seeking a Cellular Enabled Device Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the fulfillment and activation of cellular-enabled devices, ensuring they are prepared for customer use and delivered accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to handle technical processes will be essential to maintaining high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities + Receive and process incoming cellular-enabled devices according to company specifications. + Activate and configure devices for immediate use by customers. + Ensure all devices are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards before shipment. + Maintain accurate inventory records and update software systems as necessary. + Package devices securely for shipping while adhering to safety and shipping guidelines. + Coordinate with shipping providers to ensure timely delivery of devices. + Assist with troubleshooting and provide technical support as needed. Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. + Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management preferred. + Strong technical aptitude and understanding of cellular technologies. + Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control. + Ability to lift and move equipment as needed. + Excellent organizational and communication skills.
