Position Summary
Under supervision of Shift Supervisor, responsible for the staging areas for incoming fuel, the stationary processing equipment itself, mobile equipment required to support job duties, and the delivery equipment for fuel to the pyro process
Job Responsibilities
Responds to the central control room operator needsPerform lockouts and release stored energy as requiredTroubleshoot equipmentLubricates equipment Performs repairs to equipmentKeeps the process area clean Keeps the process area organized in the fieldResets 480V electrical equipmentConduct routine audits / inspection of the area in scopeSupplies whole tires, PEF and purchased chips to the process. Insure material flow is maintainedThoroughly understand the TDF reduction and handling process Write work ordersOther duties as directed by supervisorRequirements
High school diploma or GED Behave in a manner consistent with the Midlothian Plant Code of Conduct.Be a self-starter Mobile equipment skills - will have or be able to demonstrate within 120 days Skid SteerLoaderForkliftYard mule Technical Skills – will have or develop within a maximum 120 days Basic Mechanical knowledge Welding Rigging use of hoisting devices – slings, chokers , chain falls, come a longsUse all manner of hand toolsPhysical Requirements
