Job Description
Insight Global is seeking to hire a Center Director to support a Job Corps Center out in Callicoon, NY. This is a vital role to ensuring this center can operate effectively and provide the necessary living arrangements, education, and behavioral support for all attendees of the center. This role serves as the Center COO, where they will be analyzing data and systems to resolve issues and problems including providing policy interpretation and decisions to staff, acting as the primary liaison between the Center and the DOL Offices regarding Center activities and contract compliance, as well as responding to company and DOL requests in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the Education & Training department, Academic Training Programs, Administration & Support Services, Student Records, IT Department, Health & Wellness Centers, OA & CTS Leads, Social Development leads, Residential Living, Recreation, HR and Behavioral Management
- Provide supervision and management for the student population
- Motivate and empower staff and students to perform their responsibilities on a daily basis

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelors Degree (preferably in social sciences)
- 5+ years of experience in program management
- 5+ years of experience working with youth - Masters Degree
- Background in overseeing operations of group home environments or residential treatment centers null
