**Overview** **Position:** Physical Therapist as Center Manager - Outpatient Orthopedics **Location:** NovaCare Baltimore, MD (Pikesville Center) **Schedule:** Full Time 40Hrs. **Compensation:** starting at $85,000 **Incentives:** Sign on Bonus and/or Indefinite Loan Help (Student Debt Benefit) Our NovaCare Pikesville Maryland outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is looking for a passionate and driven **licensed physical therapist** to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as atreating manager.This position will oversee our highly trained and respected outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. We take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love. We have a large team at our Pikesville OP ortho center and treat a diverse population of teens through geriatrics. Our specialty services include; sports medicine, aquatics, work conditioning, concussion, fall prevention, injury prevention, and LSVT BIG on top of general orthopedics. Previous OP ortho experienced as a physical therapist (PT) is required to be considered. Physical therapists with management experience are ideal. We are able to offer leadership development for those PTs seeking professional growth.
