As a Centerless Grinder you will:

\r\n\r\n\t\t\t

Be responsible for setting up, adjusting and operating machines to grind external or internal cylindrical or tapered surfaces of metal workpieces to blueprint specifications, following tooling instructions and standard charts. They will also inspect machined workpieces for conformance to specifications, and adjust machine as needed for product attributes and property specifications.

\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\r\n\r\n\r\n

Qualifications

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tKnowledge of tools, equipment, and materials in grinding operations and inspection of machined parts\r\n\tAbility to read blueprints, schematics and work instructions, and use measuring tools to check parts\r\n\tSets up and operates one or more centerless grinding machines to grind external or internal cylindrical or tapered surfaces of metalwork pieces to blueprint specifications\r\n\tMust be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and managers\r\n\tAble to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and perform repetitive motions\r\n\tCertifications in machining or related areas are a plus\r\n\tBasic Math\r\n\tOperate Manual Machinery \r\n\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $22-25.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
