Amplifon New Zealand is looking for a detail-oriented Claims Administrator based at our Support Office in Takapuna.
About the role:
The Claims Administrator will ensure efficient and effective claims processing and administration aligned with agreed processes and service level agreements. This is a 6 months fixed term contract role.
Key responsibilities:
Process all insurance claims via our insurance partner, ensuring that each claim is handled according to established procedures and within agreed timelines, including end to end repair and replacement processes, and cash settlements. Quote and handle all claims via our third party insurance aggregator, escalating to the Team Leader where applicable. Resolve queries with Independent Audiologists and customers Liaise with all stakeholders, including customers to facilitate claim resolution. Ensure all necessary systems and administration is carried out and updated to a high standard, to enable reliable reporting Maintain accurate records of all claims, payments, communications, and adjustments. Flag any areas of concern, complex claims or complaints as appropriate to the Central Claims Team Leader. Support Central Claims Team Leader and broader Support teams with additional ad hoc duties as required.Education, experience and skills:
Previous experience in insurance claims, preferably Hearing Aid insurance or Home and Contents insurance; Strong understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships with insurance partners, clients, and team members. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with large-scale ERP systems and data sources.Putting People First
