As a centralized claims adjuster, you’ll help customers resolve auto claims involving up to two vehicles. This is not a field position. Primarily over the phone, you’ll accurately document claims details, interview those involved in an accident, make coverage and liability decisions, and collaborate with peers to verify consistency of accident details. Along with a supportive team, you’ll have ongoing coaching and development to help you feel confident while supporting customers through a stressful time.
Location: 100% Work Remote. Must live in the state of Arizona.
Duties responsibilitiesManage a high volume of claim files from beginning to endResolve and document auto claims as quickly and accurately as possibleInterview all involved in an accident to determine coverage and liability decisionsValidate damage is consistent with the report of the accidentIndependently make decisions related to liability and coveragesMust-have qualificationsA minimum of two years relevant work experience{OR} A minimum of two years post-secondary educationSchedule: Start Dates: January 6, 2025 or February 3, 2025Training: 12 weeks Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM AST and Monday-Friday 6:30AM-3:30PM during daylight savings time.Work schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9:00AM-6:00PM AST and Tuesday-Saturday 8:00AM-5:00PM during daylight savings time.Compensation$23.25- $24.75/hourGainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performanceAn additional 10% when you work evening or weekend hoursWork from home office requirements
