In collaboration with the engineering, software development and IT teams, you will:
Be the Central Key User for ContiConnect and upcoming applications, and be responsible for 2nd Level Support;Ensure trouble-free operation for all DS related SW and HW solutions;Ensure proper SW testing and flawless deployment of new functionalities;Manage product releases (planning, communication, feature activation, release notes / documentation);Standardize processes in regard to ticket handling, training creation and general customer support process;Based on up-to-date documentation, trainings and material, bring users up to speed in no time;Contribute in setting-up and improving of processes to ensure high quality master & transactional data;Collect requirements/feedback from markets and customers on a regular basis for the operations area in alignment with other interfaces;Manage the interfaces to other systems linked to ContiConnect and ensure alignment.QualificationsUniversity degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field;>1 year of experience in solution design / conceptualization;Experience in customer interaction / partnership management;Experience managing requirements & releases related to digital solutions;Experience in IT Service Management (desirable);Experience in operations and/or support of IT systems (desirable);Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban);Passion to perform in a very dynamic and complex work environment outside your comfort zone;Project management skills;Demonstrated customer focus & excellent communication skills;Ability to deal with and resolve conflicting interests and targets;Proficient English language skills (written / spoken).Additional InformationResponsibility and the opportunity to actively shape the future of digital tire management;Integration in a dynamic international work environment;Flexible working model;Continuous opportunities for the promotion of talent and training.Ready to drive with Continental?
