Assist in training and onboarding new teammates.Ensure each teammate provides excellent customer serviceMonitor pipeline including but not limited to monitoring turn times and managing files escalations and rush filesBe involved in the growth and development of teammates on team through teammate development and succession planningMonitor teammate performance to ensure quality and compliance with relevant proceduresContinually evaluate processes to drive efficienciesAssist with questions and/or issues directed to the team from all customersAssist with file production as neededConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to travel overnightSupervisory Responsibilities
