You must be flexible, able to change direction quickly - comfortable in a fast-paced environment and in dealing with ambiguity. The Best candidate will have a solid sense of accountability and acute personal judgment - ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate. Previous recruiting or HR experience or equivalent is highly desired.
As a Central Operations Associate you will play a critical role within Workforce Staffing Centralized Operations (WFS CO) to help candidates move through the hiring process. The ideal person will be an organizational guru, possess great communication skills and have the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
Key job responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will be running audits, granting permissions to tools and fixing errors that are preventing the candidate from getting hired. You will also collaborate with recruiters and local HR teams to ensure hiring team success by identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency. Finally, you will assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ months of human resources experience
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Experience in confidential environments
