Position overview –
We are currently seeking a detail orientated and customer-focused Central Reservations Administrator to join our dynamic team. In your role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating reservations. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless booking process, maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities –
Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email and online booking systems Accurately enter and update reservation requests in the system Respond to customer queries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly Generate daily, weekly and monthly client reports Assist in developing and implementing processes to meet clients’ needs Maintain UpToDate knowledge of our villages and services
Skills and experience –
Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role is preferred Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with JDE & RMS9 A sound understanding of data processing, raising purchase orders, and reconciling invoices and time sheets
