SUMMARY
The Central Reservations Coordinator is responsible for completing the day-to-day administrative duties for properties serviced by the Central Reservations department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquetteComplete all daily tasks to ensure accuracy and completion of all reservationsPost advance deposits in a timely manner, including advance purchase bookings and third-party credit cardsAudit all systems, review cancellations and refunds, missing deposits, and serve as point of contact for any inquiries from the properties finance teamsSupports team sales and promotes Best PracticesServe as a liaison of information between Central Reservations Agents, multiple departments across the Cluster Reservations portfolio, and properties as neededDeliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW momentsPerform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needsQUALIFICATIONS
Prior customer service experienceAbility to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to details and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and TeamsOpen to learning, developing, and growing both yourself, personally, and helping others do the sameTrustworthy and have integrityMust be dependable and available to work within the resort on weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demandsPrior hospitality or travel experience, a plusPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to walk, stand, sit, bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks. Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment.
