 Shift: Full-Time 40 Hour per week,  Weekdays from11:30am - 8pm and Weekends Rotation Required, Saturday and Sunday 6:30am - 9am and 6pm - 10pm.  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Maintains confidentiality of information Adheres to policies and procedures specific to patient rights Maintains a clean and safe environment; identifies and reports hazards. Meets all requirements for mandatory in-services.          Adheres to policies/procedures specific to universal precautions. Adheres to policies regarding attendance, conduct, grooming, and dress code. Promotes a positive image of the hospital to outside agencies and the public. Participates in performance improvement activities as needed Exhibits excellent service to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers Shows courtesy, compassion and respect. WEEKDAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the data entry of all inpatient therapy appointments (PT, OT, TR, School), including, making all necessary changes and cancellations. Makes an actual schedule for Speech Therapy, Psychology, and Audiology.

WEEKEND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actual scheduling of inpatient therapies (PT, OT, TR). Schedules all Friday admissions for evaluations for Saturday and all Saturday admissions for Sunday. Responsible for data entry of Speech Therapy schedule. Schedules all inpatient Aquatic Therapies.

Holiday Scheduling Responsibilities:

Scheduling of all inpatient therapies (PT, OT, SLP, and TR). Responsible for data entry of all inpatient therapy (inclusive of above) appointments.
