**Job Summary:**
The Regional Unbilled Manager drives revenue cycle performance and is accountable for delivering results within a designated region. This role is responsible for managing daily unbilled operations, achieving key performance metrics, and implementing process improvements. The manager provides leadership and guidance to general managers and unbilled team members to ensure timely account resolution and compliance with established unbilled processes. The position fosters a positive, employee-centric environment with an emphasis on the following:
+ Providing strategic operational oversight within the designated regional market.
+ Collaborating with other regional managers for process optimization.
+ Analyzing and reporting on unbilled revenue trends, variances, and key metrics.
+ Managing market-specific nuances to help ensure revenue collection.
+ Recognizing high performance and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
+ Cultivating an inspiring team atmosphere with open communication.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure compliance with company revenue management policies, procedures, and best practices for the designated region.
+ Develop and implement revenue strategies to optimize performance across all regional markets.
+ Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to develop action plans that drive reductions in unbilled invoices, while clearly communicating strategies, trends, and insights to diverse audiences.
+ Contribute to ongoing and future process improvements, including taking on special projects as needed.
+ Review and analyze reports to identify trends and potential issues in revenue management.
+ Track and manage the aging of unbilled accounts to ensure timely billing and minimize cash flow disruptions.
+ Develop corrective actions to address deficiencies and drive improvements.
**Supervisory Responsibilities:**
+ Supervise all direct reports in the department, including performance management, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
+ Ensure project deadlines and performance standards are established and met.
**Qualifications:**
+ Strong organizational, analytical, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to research, consolidate information, and provide actionable insights.
+ Experience with reporting tools, such as Power BI and DOMO.
+ Efficient management of workload and performance optimization.

+ Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
+ A strong emphasis on fostering team collaboration, effective problem-solving, and delivering strategies to drive reductions in unbilled revenue, leading to cash collections.
**MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education and/or Experience**
+ Combination of education and/or experience equivalent to a four-year college degree.
+ Minimum of five years’ related work experience.
+ Previous management/supervisory experience in revenue management.
+ In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
**Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, or Professional Designations**

**Computer Skills**
+ Proficient in SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
+ Ability to navigate within vendor/healthcare portals.
**Language Skills**
+ Impeccable verbal and written communication at the appropriate business levels.
+ Excellent attention to detail.
+ Strong leadership skills.
**Mathematical Skills**
+ Mathematical proficiency with a strong ability to understand, interpret, and develop spreadsheet data.
