Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Central Services Technician** to join their team. **Job Posting:** **Job title: Central Services Technician I** **Duration: 3 months** **Shift timings: 7pm - 7am (2-2-3 rotation)** **Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Central Services Technician I. In this role, you will support GMP manufacturing batch records execution and ensure necessary supply levels in manufacturing areas. You will contribute to the overall GMP manufacturing process through the application of operational knowledge in the production of bulk products from microbial and cell culture systems. **Key Responsibilities:** Execute manufacturing batch records, SMPs, work instructions, and/or SOPs with a focus on proactive, right-the-first-time execution. Document all activities to meet cGMP requirements. Operate central services processing equipment per established SOPs, including biological safety cabinets, mixers, autoclaves, washers, balances/scales, and pH/conductivity meters. Identify and support the implementation of Continuous Improvement opportunities. Recognize waste within work processes and identify cost-saving projects or initiatives. Adhere to all cGMPs, compliance/regulatory mandates, and quality requirements. Review daily GMP documentation for accuracy and completeness (e.g., logbooks, SMPs, batch records). **Qualifications:** High school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years' experience working in a GMP facility preferred (reduced experience considered with higher education in an applicable discipline). Strong communication skills. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Flexibility, adaptability, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams and partners. Familiarity with lean, action-oriented organizations is a plus. **Additional Requirements:** Commitment to adhering to all company policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
