Central Support Assistant

The Central Support Assistant is responsible for the timely and accurate distribution of incoming and outgoing store/departmental mail, store forms, office supplies training materials, and supply orders.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Ability to accurately receive, sort and distribute large amounts of mail.

Process the incoming mail bags each morning and prepare the mailbags for delivery each afternoon.

Fill store requests for office supplies and forms daily.

Slot mass mailings of O'Reilly specific publications, marketing and promotional items and Store Design Department projects.

Responsible for maintaining inventory of office supplies and forms through regular replenishment orders.

SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must be able to sort and handle large quantities of paperwork

Detail oriented

Must be able to carry heavy loads, sit, stand, reach, stoop, and climb stairs for numerous times throughout the day

Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions in English

Ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines
