Responsible for timely and accurate distribution of incoming and outgoing store/departmental mail, office supplies, store forms and training material orders with minimal supervision. Distribution for all catalogs, including application guides, buyer’s guides, and handbooks provided to us by our vendors to O’Reilly and independent jobber stores.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Conduct regular inventory of forms, supplies and materials, ordering and/or copying forms and materials as needed. Timely communication with on-site supervisor to ensure office supply replenishment.
Fulfillment of store requests for forms, office supply and training material replenishment.
Ability to accurately sort and distribute large amounts of mail incoming and outgoing mail.
Receipt of all store and interoffice mail to include, but not limited to incoming and outgoing mail to the Stores, DC’s and Springfield Corporate Offices.
Accurate and timely distribution and maintenance of store mail bags and correspondence to Store, District, Regional and Sales Managers.
Issue new catalogs, price lists, and catalog/price list updates each week; follow-up on back-ordered catalogs to be issued.
Restock shelves with current catalogs.
Fill all call-in and e-form requests from the stores for catalogs.
Verify all Store and DC Supervisors maintain proper distribution of daily, weekly and monthly catalogs (Team Sprits, shop specials etc).
Work with various Corporate Services/Central Support to ensure distribution of materials, memoranda and notices to appropriate destinations as needed.
Ability to multi-task and organize in a timely manner to ensure that all outgoing mail is distributed accurately and accounted for.
Organize receipt and recording of store and departmental Payroll ensuring all checks are accounted for, and distributed in a timely manner, when applicable.
Ensuring coverage of the Central Support phones.

Required:Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instruction in English
Ability to convey information verbally and through written form
Knowledge of computer, calculator, copiers, fax machines, and standard office equipment
Ability to sort and work with large quantities of paperwork
Detail-oriented
Ability to carry heavy loads, stand, sit, stoop for numerous times throughout the day
Desired:Corporate mailroom experience
