Central Treasury Technician

**Summary**
The **Central Treasury Tech** will assist Director of Central Treasury with bank account management related activities to ensure the accurate and timely financial management reports including monthly financial statements and ad hoc reports
**Responsibilities**
+ Review and assist in bank related matters.
+ Work with Director of Central Treasury to establish and maintain systems and internal controls related to cash management.
+ Act as liaison between accounting department, project offices, subsidiaries, and/or bank representatives.
+ Record cash receipts and disbursements into computerized accounting system.
+ Maintain organized and well documented files of banking transactions.
+ Assist with tracking of notes payables between Corporate/Central Treasury and divisions.
+ Assist in electronic funds transfers.
+ Assists with related special projects.
+ Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
+ Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
+ 2 years’ experience in accounting or finance may be substituted.
+ Working knowledge of accounting processing software (Costpoint is preferred), an Internet browser, the Excel spreadsheet application, and any word processing software
+ Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
+ Expert levels of interpersonal skills sufficient to communicate effectively, convince, influence, advice, and respond to questions from leadership, including senior decision makers.
+ Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
**Estimated Salary/Wage**
USD $20.17/Hr. Up to USD $36.27/Hr.
