Here, you'll join gifted colleagues who make a lasting difference in people's lives every day. **Overview** The **Centralized Bereavement Coordinator** position will directly report to the Centralized Bereavement Coordinator Manager and is responsible for participating with other members of the interdisciplinary team in multiple branches in identifying the bereavement needs of the patient and family. This role will involve supporting our 2 offices in W Michigan.
