Summary: The Centralized Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the goals for the portfolio they support. This role requires a executer with excellent attention to detail, communication skills, creativity, and a thorough understanding of various marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with the ability to streamline processes for maximum efficiency. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
What You'll Do:
o Create, send and optimize email marketing campaigns
o Segment audiences to increase performance Website Copy & Pricing
o Manage pricing, incentives and call-to-action copy on property websites
o Maintain accuracy across pricing and availability Social Media Analytics and Reporting, Account Management
o Manage new account set up
o Maintain platform strategy (tracking, links)
o Competitor research and analysis
o Monitor branding across platforms
o Create content for special campaigns Outbound Marketing Collateral
o Manage and process requests for outbound marketing flyers and collateral
o Build and maintain and library of on-trend templates for quick turnaround Internet Listing Services
o Maintain accuracy for active listings with approved partners
o Manage manual rent updates for net effective rent Google My Business Listing
o Maintain Google My Business listings for properties within the portfolio
o Leverage listings as needed for specials and call-to-action Digital Audit
o Complete an audit of all online advertising and websites to ensure accuracy
o Make recommendations and manage changes as needed

Marketing or related degree or equivalent professional qualification Direct experience managing and leading the sales and marketing strategy for a property (Leasing Manager and above) Direct experience with social media management High degree of proficiency in Entrata, Canva, Instagram, TikTok, MS Word and Excel Relevant apartment industry experience with a focus on sales, marketing and leasing requiredAdditional Preferred Skills:
