Scope of Responsibilities: Works in-person/remotely under supervision of Regional Manager of Operations. Follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Work within multiple HealthDirect facilities as directed by Regional Manager. Work directly with client services representatives to urgently resolve customer service-related issues. Has the ability to visit clients we service to offer in person training and/or problem resolution.
Job Summary: Responsible for all aspects related to entering the medication orders for various facilities.
Ensuring that all Third Party claims are billed properly. Assist fellow technicians with training and daily functions
ResponsibilitiesJob Duties:
Responsible for accurate data entry of patient profiles and medicationsMaintaining accurate information for patients and facilitiesResponsible for billing and crediting each facility appropriately and accurately each monthAssist in new home setup and implementation across the region May be required to travel to individual homes for meetings or drug exchangesAssist in orienting and training new employeesWork with billing department to oversee the completion of individuals unbilled reportsAssign daily unbilled reportsMaintain and demonstrate top tier data entry production as determined by Regional Manager of Operations Helps in managing outside services that have an impact on HealthDirect customer service (ex. INFINX, SDS)Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsPerform other duties as assigned QualificationsEducational Requirements:
Minimum:
High School Diploma or GEDTwo years of serviceAS Degree or Higher in Business Administration or related fieldNational PTCB certificationExperience:
2 years experience as a pharmacy customer service technician for HealthDirect requiredPreviously demonstrated top 5% data entry performance metricsRequired (Vermont Employees):
Registered with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy TechnicianSpecial Conditions of Employment:
Drug testInitial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoringAny and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific positionDemonstrate HIPAA compliant workspace at homeDemonstrate ability to hit and maintain key productivity measures as determined by Regional Manager of OperationsCompensation:
$18.00 - $21.27 an hour
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
