General RV is committed to providing an industry-leading ownership experience to our customers. Our Centralized Service Coordinator is part of that experience. While this role is not customer facing they are the voice of our service department taking care of a range of service requests and setting the tone for the customers future appointment.
ResponsibilitiesAnswers service phone calls to our dedicated scheduling line and books appointmentsResponds professionally and politely to customer inquiries and if necessary transfers them to the appropriate department for further assistanceResponds to online service appointment requests using the customers preferred method of contact and schedules appointments as neededWorks in Keep You Camping critical appointments and resolves any scheduling conflictsConfirms appointments Compiles daily/weekly/monthly reporting and trend analysisInputs customer data into company systemAct as an extension of the General RV locations working with the leadership teams to cohesively support the service team and the customerCollaborate with the Manager of Service Training and Communication on establishing and achieving monthly goalsFollow the procedure of the Keep You Camping™ program Qualifications Process and procedure orientedStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure in order to hit deadlinesAbility to work within multiple computer software systemsPossess capacity be able to accurately handle and document a high volume of incoming callsExceptional interpersonal skills that will lead to strong relationships with internal and external partnersCommunicate well to all levels within the organization Fluent in English/Bilingual is a plus
COMPENSATION:
$16 - $17 PER HOUR
