Under general supervision, the Platinum/Centum Specialist is responsible for providing one on one superior services. Specializing in assisting Platinum/Centum members of The Club while servicing as the singular point of contact for all servicing requests.

Provides a superior level of customer service to Platinum and Centum members. Handles blended inbound and outbound contacts including telephone calls, chats and emails. Books, modifies, and cancels resort reservations. Performs pre-arrival calls, arrival calls, and post-arrival calls Completes detailed notes in the common areas of members accounts after each interaction Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures. Processes travel services requests Responsible for Financial Services matters, exchanges, and processing payment Upsells and books tours for current owners, members and guests
