**A Snapshot of Your Day** **Will be assisting the Product and Process Engineering Team at the Gibsonton Florida Location.** **How You’ll Make an Impact** + **Supporting the product & process engineering teams by, focusing primarily on inspection & finishing operations.** + **Identifying improved tools & techniques for finishing and executing trials analyzing results.** + **Working directly with manufacturing associates to complete trials, training and supporting front end trials as assigned by product & process engineers.** + **Performing audits.** + **Creating and updating work instructions.** + **Reporting KPIs, audit results, department metrics, and other duties as assigned by the manager.** **What You Bring** + **High school Diploma or GED required.** + **Experience in a manufacturing setting and proficiency with Office products required.** + **Experience with ceramic manufacturing and statistical methods preferred.** + **Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to deploy training, etc.** + **Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.** + **This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position.
