CERT RESPIRATORY CARE PRACT REGISTRY
DESCRIPTION OF POSITION The Respiratory Care Practitioner provides Respiratory Care modalities to patients as ordered by physicians, including but not limited to the administration of respiratory related medications, oxygen and humidity therapies, airway clearance therapy, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, etc., in accordance to established policy and procedure and based on accepted national standards, practices and regulatory requirements. QUALIFICATIONS

 

Professional/Educational CRT Licensed in the State of Illinois with 2 or more years of Critical Care experience.  Strongly preferred to obtain RRT upon hire.    Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Certified by the American Heart Association in ACLS and PALS, highly recommended. 1 year experience required. DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.
