Ebenezer is looking for a Certification Coordinator to join the team at Tower Apartments in Minneapolis, MN! This position is Responsible for all HUD affordable housing certifications of prospective applicants. Assists with initial certification process upon move-in and conducts annual and interim re-certification of current residents in accordance with HUD rules and regulations. This coordinator schedule includes;

Responsibilities/Job DescriptionSecures and maintains information necessary for Initial and Annual Certification of applicants and Re-Certification of residents
Maintains records of accounts receivable and payableIssues monthly resident rental statementsOther financial tasks as neededPerforms other duties as requested QualificationsRequired:
One to three years of previous experienceSolid knowledge of basic Microsoft applicationsOrganization skills and orientation to accuracy and detailHigh level customer services and interpersonal skillsPreferred:
