Ebenezer is looking for a Certification Coordinator to join the team at Tower Apartments in Minneapolis, MN! This position is Responsible for all HUD affordable housing certifications of prospective applicants. Assists with initial certification process upon move-in and conducts annual and interim re-certification of current residents in accordance with HUD rules and regulations. Secures and maintains information necessary for Initial and Annual Certification of applicants and Re-Certification of residents Maintains records of accounts receivable and payable Issues monthly resident rental statements Other financial tasks as needed Performs other duties as requested Required: One to three years of previous experience Solid knowledge of basic Microsoft applications Organization skills and orientation to accuracy and detail High level customer services and interpersonal skills Preferred: Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS); Certified Voucher Specialist (CVS); Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS); MFHA/MARIF/TIF housing compliance Experience Three to five years of previous experience Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
