Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Certification Manager to join our Learning and Education team. As the Certification Manager, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing our certification program, aimed at helping users and customers demonstrate their proficiency in solving problems with our software solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education, technology, and helping others succeed.

What You Will Do:

Lead the initial creation of certification exams and assessments in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) within the company. Facilitate meetings and workshops with SMEs to review certification content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and comprehensiveness. Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, serving as a liaison between internal teams and certification stakeholders. Manage internal project timelines and deliverables related to certification development, ensuring that milestones are met on schedule. Coordinate the review and validation process for certification content, incorporating feedback and recommendations from SMEs as needed. Provide guidance and support to SMEs throughout the certification creation process, addressing questions and concerns as they arise. Oversee the certification infrastructure and workflows, including the management of certification platforms, tools, and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the certification program internally and encourage participation from SMEs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the certification program, soliciting feedback from SMEs and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in certification management, incorporating relevant updates into our program.

 

What You Will Need: 

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in designing and managing certification programs, preferably in the software industry. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering a positive experience for users and customers
