Certification Support Coordinator
Job Description: Responsible for ensuring accuracy of our certifications and conformity documentation. Maintain all certification and conformity documents in an organized and secure manner. Support the designees with access to SAP, Concur, Enovia and SharePoint. Support the designees travel arrangements and schedule changes. Responsibilities + Maintain all certification and conformity documentation (Paper or Electronic) in an organized and secure manner. Perform files upload into the applicable database. + Inventory Conformity Documentation as received. + Conduct thorough detailed assessment of certification and conformity documentation for errors + Support the designees with new or renewal access authorization to SAP, Concur, Enovia and SharePoint. + Maintain ODA required records. + Support the designees travel arrangements and schedule changes. + Support certification activities as assigned. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Understanding of aviation technology + Proficiency in MS Office, Experience with SharePoint, Access, and SAP desirable. + High level attention to details. + Strong analytical skills. + Strong organizational skills. + Strong communication skills, ability to effectively communication to internal and external customers. + Work Environment The work environment involves working with various technologies and software such as SAP, Concur, Enovia, and SharePoint. This role may require occasional travel to support designees with their travel arrangements and schedule changes. The position demands high attention to detail and strong organizational skills in maintaining certification and conformity documentation.
