Kforce has a client in Lowell, MA that is seeking a Certified Cogito Analyst/Project Manager. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement & Project Coordination: * Act as the primary liaison between business analysts and clinical/business stakeholders across multiple hospitals * Lead discussions amongst cross-functional teams to gather and clarify reporting requirements, ensuring stakeholder needs are understood and met * Facilitate alignment between business needs, data reporting, and system-wide goals through recurring discussions * Work within Epic system independently to map specific data points and document metric definitions Reporting Queue & Prioritization Management: * Oversee assigned requests in the intake process for data/reporting requests, managing the queue, and prioritizing based on organizational strategy * Ensure requests are properly documented and aligned with business objectives * Develop and implement strategies to streamline the request management process and improve response times Strategic Alignment: * Work with Analytics Business managers and Business Intelligence developers to ensure that all reporting deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time * Collaborate with senior leadership to align reporting activities with broader system goals and strategies * Identify opportunities to leverage data for strategic decision-making and recommend existing content to meet current data needs vs. need for new content for reporting effectiveness
