PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Certified Energy Expert Program Lead will be accountable for supporting our independent contractor program and driving growth for its 100+ members. This role will contribute to the success of the program and execution of key initiatives, while also identifying and capitalizing on trends and challenges facing the contractor community.
This role will serve as the face of the program, key partner for our contractors, and a voice for our CEE customers – it will be critical to develop a strong understanding of our business, marketing and customers to meet the short and long-term needs of our contractors. This role will partner closely with the commercial organization to evolve our programs and increase contractor loyalty to the Owens Corning brand and products by delivering a best in class set of tools and resources that position both our sales team and contractors to win in their market.

Location: the ideal candidate is located within 1-hour driving distance of a major airport
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a deep understanding of OC’s independent contractor network and the markets we operate in to maximize the impact of the Certified Energy Expert Program
Execute the direction of the Certified Energy Expert Program
Integrate a deep understanding of the external environment and market back thinking to provide input into our program strategy Continue to develop a portfolio of training content and education for our Certified Energy Expert members that meet their needs and goals Create digital content and resources for the program, including our OC University and OC Connect resources Enroll new members into the program and maintain accountability for member engagement through formal and informal forums Support the Certified Energy Expert scorecard and quality assessment process to ensure all members are consistently meeting our program standards Achieve mutual business goals and develop partnerships with the field sales organization to build and solidify customer relationships Own and develop strong and trusted relationships with customers through delivering value with program elements and growing their business Work across the organization – Sales, Marketing, Product – to ensure seamless program execution and experience for Certified Energy Expert members and full engagement from OC team Contribute to successfully delivery of a best-in-class Certified Energy Expert annual conference and board meeting

The base salary range for this position is $89,000 to $125,000, with the potential for up to an additional 25% if the applicant hired has additional related qualifications.
