What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for talented and driven Medical Assistants to join our New York clinic on a full-time basis. This position provides required support to physicians, RN’s and other staff members in performing physical examinations and other procedures. This is a great opportunity for healthcare professionals passionate about preventive care who value working with a team of dedicated and hard-working clinicians.


In this role, you will:

Perform Electrocardiograms (EKGs) and other medical screeningsDraw bloodMeasure vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight and height)Record information on patients’ chartsPrepare treatment rooms for examination of patients


What the role requires:

Phlebotomy experienceMust be a current member of the AAMA, AMT, NHA or NCCTTwo or more years’ experience in the medical fieldKnowledge of EKGs and other medical screeningsBasic Life Support training and certificationExcellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of MS Office and Web-based applicationsPractices a preventive health lifestyle

The hourly rate for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 and is determined by a number of factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications and skills.
