Job Title: Medical Assistant

**Second position available in Florham Park location**Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Medical Assistant for a Back Office CMA position. The ideal candidate will perform patient intakes, room loading, vital checks, manual blood pressure measurements, EKGs, and update electronic medical records. The role also involves restocking rooms, managing inventory, triaging phone calls, and maintaining patient records.

ResponsibilitiesConduct patient intakes and load roomsPerform vital checks and manual blood pressure measurementsConduct EKGsUpdate inboxes and scan documents for the electronic medical record (EMR) systemRestock rooms and supply closets, complete inventoryTriage phone calls for any physician or patient questionsUpdate patient records in the EMR system, preferably AthenaEssential Skills1-2 years of medical assisting experienceExperience with electronic medical records (EMR), preferably Athena or EpicProficiency in manual blood pressure measurementsExperience conducting EKGsHigh school diploma or GEDCustomer service and bedside skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsCertified Medical Assistant Shift flexibility
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00
