Description

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for a community health clinic in Bellevue, Washington. Ideal candidates will have proven excellent customer services skills, demonstrate an enthusiastic & professional demeanor, and excel at multi-tasking. Medical Assistants are an integral part of the care team; ensuring patient flow and providing quality patient care in a safe and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Follow protocol in rooming and exiting patients

• Pre-visit planning

• Managing all elements of the rooming process including screening questionnaires

• Coordination of care with other members of the care team

• Ensuring that all patient clinical quality measures are being addressed

• Complete all provider referrals for each patient

• Assist the medical provider with charting office visits; ensuring communication and documentation for comprehensive patient care coordination

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must haves:

1) Current/Active Certified or Interim or Registered WA State Medical Assistant License

2) 0-1+ years of experience

3) Excellent Customer Service skills

Preferred:

1) Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred- EPIC

2) Phlebotomy experience

3) Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a major plus

4) BLS (basic life support)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.44 - $26.00/hr.
