Responsibilities The Medical Assistant Certified (CMA) provides superior patient care and perform both clinical and administrative tasks. Qualifications Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Graduate from an accredited medical assistant/medical technologist school/program. Current national certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA). 1+ years’ experience in a hospital or physician practice setting. Basic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Microsoft Office knowledge. Preferred Job Requirements: Associate’s degree.
