What You’ll Do:As a CMA, you’ll safeguard the health, safety, and happiness of our Residents, all while bringing your compassionate energy and professional expertise to every shift. Here’s a peek at what you’ll be doing: + Administer medications and treatments with precision and care. + Provide quality nursing care while promoting dignity, respect, and freedom of choice. + Help Residents maintain their highest levels of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. + Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. + Meet the individual needs of Residents with patience and empathy, including assistance with mobility, communication, and incontinence care.
