No college degree is required. + **Job** **Satisfaction** : Provide companionship and develop relationships with residents and families. + See how becoming a CNA can be a rewarding career (https://www.avera.org/careers/cna-jobs-at-avera/) **Job Summary** + Assist the residents with all facets of daily living including dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, oral hygiene and personal hygiene. + Perform appropriate transfers on assigned residents utilizing gait belts and other lifts, following guidelines outlined in the resident's plan of care. **Education and/or Experience** + Must be at least 16 years old. + Graduation from high school is preferred or in the process of graduation, GED accepted. **Licensure/Certification/Registration** + Certification as Nurse Assistant is required within four months of hire date. **Work Schedule** + Varied shifts as needed; PRN **Pay** The hourly range for this position is listed below.
