Responsibilities:

Provide health care services in client's residencePerform domestic and household tasksTransport and accompany clients to doctors office or errandsMonitor clients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) Assist with clients’ personal care activitiesMaintain clients care records and document provided servicesProvide companionship and basic emotional support

Skills/Requirements:

CNA License or HHA Certificate from the state of FloridaProven working experience as Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing AssistantLevel 2 background/fingerprinting Current CPRCurrent TB test (within the year)Valid driver’s licenseCOVID-19 considerations:PPE provided for all shifts.
